Terms of Use
Effective TODO: operator · Dhisetu is in early access (alpha). These terms are a plain-language starting point and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
1. Who we are
Dhisetu ("Dhisetu", "we", "us") operates this website and the Dhisetu game-creation platform. Legal entity: TODO: operator. You can reach us at founders@dhisetu.in.
2. Early access
The service is provided during an alpha period on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Features may change, break, or be removed, and games or data created during alpha may not be preserved. Don't rely on the alpha for anything you can't afford to lose.
3. Using Dhisetu
You agree to use Dhisetu lawfully and not to misuse it — no attempts to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits, infringe others' rights, or generate or publish content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the games and content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content so the service can operate (for example, to render a preview or publish to the catalog at your request). You're responsible for the content you make and publish.
5. Our content
The Dhisetu name, brand, site, and software are owned by Dhisetu and protected by applicable law. Exporting a game to a Godot project is permitted as a product feature; it does not transfer rights to the platform itself.
6. No warranty & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhisetu is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the alpha. TODO: operator — governing law & jurisdiction.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
